Product Structure

Components: Brittle polystyrene shell, internal conductive contact (normally open or normally closed), two insulated lead wires.
Installation & Wiring
- Select correct diameter (ØB) to fit shear pin center hole.
- Clean the axial hole inside the shear pin.
- Insert the annunciator fully into the hole, ensuring leads exit from the back side.
- Connect lead wires:
– Normally closed (CJX): connect to a compatible shear pin signal unit.
– Normally open (KJX): connect directly to alarm input (≤220V, ≤1A). - Secure leads away from moving parts. Test by simulating shear pin break.
Safety Warnings & Precautions
- Do not exceed rated voltage (220V) or current (1A).
- Use only within 0–45°C and humidity ≤80%.
- Do not hammer or force into the bore; select correct diameter.
- For CJX type: must be used with a dedicated signal unit.
- Replace broken annunciator – do not repair.
Troubleshooting & Common Faults
