Featuring a premium composite material blend and a pleated structural design, this filter element balances precision filtration with robust adaptability to harsh working conditions. The core filter medium is crafted from a composite of imported fiberglass and stainless steel woven wire mesh. Its 10μm precision rating efficiently intercepts contaminants such as metal debris from component wear, rubber particles from seals, as well as gums and sludge generated by oil aging. The filtration efficiency far exceeds that of conventional media, and its ample dirt-holding capacity effectively retards clogging.
Both the inner support skeleton and end caps are constructed from 304 stainless steel, paired with oil-resistant fluororubber (FKM/Viton) seals. This configuration delivers excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion, ensuring stable operation across a wide temperature range of -30°C to 110°C. With a nominal pressure rating of up to 16 MPa, it easily withstands instantaneous pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic system, preventing media rupture and secondary pollution. All materials have undergone rigorous hydraulic oil compatibility validation, ensuring no swelling or powdering during long-term immersion, thereby maintaining stable oil performance.
Operating Principle & Performance Features
The LH0160R10BNHC filter element utilizes the principle of physical depth filtration to purify oil via an outside-in flow path. Clean oil returns to the reservoir through the internal channel, while contaminants are trapped on the surface and within the deep layers of the filter media, effectively preventing impurities from re-entering the system and accelerating component wear.
It features an integrated design that links a differential pressure indicator with a bypass valve. When filter clogging causes the differential pressure to reach a preset threshold, the indicator promptly triggers a maintenance signal. If the element is not replaced in time, the bypass valve automatically opens to secure the oil supply, preventing system shutdowns due to flow interruption.
The pleated structure significantly expands the effective filtration area, boosting flow capacity (accommodating a rated flow rate of 80–200 L/min) while minimizing pressure drop. Complemented by a standardized flat-interface connection, the element allows for quick and efficient replacement. Furthermore, it can be paired with duplex filters to enable non-stop maintenance, satisfying the uninterrupted operational requirements of roadheaders, continuous rolling mills, and similar heavy machinery.
