Product Introduction

Thermal resistance WZPM2-001, also known as RTD, is an industrial temperature sensor, which is usually used together with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators.It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid surface from - 200 ℃ to+400 ℃ in various production processes. The element is fixed on the end face of the protection tube, and is in close contact with the measured surface under the action of the circlip, which can more quickly and accurately reflect the measured surface temperature.

The platinum thermal resistance produced by our company conforms to the international standard graduation number Pt100. The product has been used in the temperature measurement of steam turbine bearings in power plants for a long time. Installed inside the steam turbine, it is the core temperature measuring element for the temperature measurement of the steam turbine bearing and the interlock protection of the system.

Thermal resistance WZPM2-001 measures the temperature by using the characteristic that the resistance of the material changes with the temperature change. The temperature sensing element of the thermal resistance is made of thin metal wires uniformly wound on the framework made of insulating materials. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature of the temperature sensing element in the dielectric layer within the range.

Nominal Pressure: generally refers to the static external pressure that the sheath can withstand without breaking under the working temperature.

Insertion Depth: usually not less than 8-10 times of the outer diameter of the sheath.

Insulation Resistance: when the ambient air temperature is 15-35 ℃ and the relative humidity is<80%, the insulation resistance is 20 megohms (voltage 100V).
