The output signal of the transmitter LTM-6A-I is an intelligent displacement transmitter with DC4-20mA current output. It is an accessory of the condition monitoring system (MMS). The purpose of the transmitter LTM-6A-I is to demodulate the six-wire LVDT signal.
The LTM-6A intelligent displacement transmitter is based on a microcontroller and consists of an oscillator, amplifier, demodulator, filter, etc.
The features of LVDT transmitter LTM-6A are as follows:
1. Press the button once to set the zero or full position;
2. It has sensor disconnection diagnosis function. Through switch selection, set the sensor to be disconnected. After the fault occurs, the minimum or maximum signal will be output, and the “0K” light will flash and alarm;
3. Can be installed on No. 3 standard DIN track, and the input and output connection channels are completed through plug-in screw terminals.
Intelligent displacement transmitter LTM-6A-I technical parameters:
1. Input power supply: DC24±4V, maximum power consumption is not more than 90mA.
2. Voltage output: DC0~10V (maximum 5mA); ripple and noise: no more than 3mV.rms.
3. Sensor fault lockout: The transmitter has a sensor disconnection diagnosis function. Select it through the SW1 switch and set the sensor to output a minimum or maximum signal after a disconnection fault occurs, and the “OK” light flashes to alarm.
4. Response time: 30ms.
5. Non-linearity: less than 0.02%.
6. Working temperature: -35℃~+85℃.
7. Storage temperature: -50℃~+105℃.
