DKF-25 China slaes electric air control valve

The DKF-25 electric air control valve is specifically designed for WFB series seal-less self-priming pumps or other models of seal-less self-priming pumps, and is an important component of the self-priming pump.

Function of the electric control valve: As a component of the self-priming pump, the electric control valve is installed on the air inlet pipe of the suction port. When the pump starts, the electric control valve seals the air inlet on the suction pipe of the pump body, creating a vacuum in the pump chamber and completing the self-priming process. When the pump stops, the electric control valve opens, and air enters the pump’s liquid pipe through the sealed port, quickly isolating the medium flowing in the suction pipe. This ensures that the medium in the pump chamber does not fall back into the suction pool with the medium in the suction pipe, thus eliminating siphoning and ensuring normal self-priming and operation during secondary self-priming.

Working principle of the electrically controlled valve: The electrically controlled valve is connected in parallel with the power supply of the water pump motor (any two lines of a three-phase three-wire 380V power supply, voltage 380V). When the self-priming pump motor starts, the electrically controlled valve is simultaneously energized and starts synchronously. When the electromagnet core attracts the armature, it drives the elastic frame to move downward, driving the valve core piston rod to press against the sealing gasket at the bottom of the piston cylinder, achieving a seal and closing the vent hole on the suction pipe, allowing the self-priming pump to start self-priming and enter normal operation. When the power is cut off, the motor is de-energized, and the electromagnetic coil of the electrically controlled valve is simultaneously de-energized. The magnetic force of the electromagnet core disappears, and the elastic frame moves upward and reset under the reaction force of the compression spring, driving the valve core piston rod to move away from the bottom of the piston cylinder, opening the vent hole. This allows air to enter the suction pipe cavity, isolating the medium in the pump cavity from the medium in the suction pipe, eliminating siphoning, and ensuring the medium storage in the pump cavity for self-priming and normal operation the next time the pump is started.
