Installation Specifications for SV10‑1P‑5P‑1A‑20 Vane Pump
- The pump support bracket shall be of rigid and robust construction and capable of absorbing vibration sufficiently.
- Strict alignment shall be maintained between the pump shaft and motor shaft, with the coaxiality controlled within 0.1 mm. Flexible couplings are recommended to avoid stresses induced by bending or lateral forces.
- Suction resistance shall be kept low; the suction lift shall not exceed 500 mm. The inlet connecting flange and suction pipeline must be tightly sealed to prevent air ingress which would cause noise and vibration.
Pre‑start‑up Requirements
Before the initial start‑up of the SV10‑1P‑5P‑1A‑20 vane pump, fill the pump cavity completely with oil and manually rotate the coupling to confirm smooth rotation. It is recommended to perform jog‑test operation under no‑load conditions until normal performance is achieved before formal commissioning.
