Technical Datasheet & User Manual for SZCB-01-B01 Speed Sensor

I. Overview

The SZCB-01-B01 Speed Sensor utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure rotational speed. It features a high output signal, excellent anti-interference performance, and operates without the need for an external power supply. It is highly resilient and suitable for use in harsh environments containing smoke, oil gas, or moisture.

II. Technical Parameters

  • Output Voltage: Tested under the conditions of gear modulus = 4, number of teeth = 60, material = g3, and clearance gap = 1 mm:

  • At 1000 rpm: > 5 V (RMS)
    At 2000 rpm: > 10 V (RMS)
    At 3000 rpm: > 15 V (RMS)

III. Precautions

  1. Grounding: The metal shielding layer of the sensor’s output cable must be properly connected to the earth ground (neutral line).

  2. Magnetic Field Limitation: Do not use or store the sensor in strong magnetic field environments when the temperature exceeds $25^\circ\text{C}$.

  3. Handling: Avoid strong impacts or collisions during installation and transportation.

  4. Clearance Adjustment: If the shaft being measured exhibits significant runout (vibration), the clearance gap should be appropriately increased to prevent physical damage to the sensor.

  5. Maintenance Note: To ensure reliable operation in harsh environments, this sensor is permanently sealed immediately after assembly and calibration. Consequently, it is a non-repairable component.
