  1. Installation and Calibration For magnetoresistive probes, the air gap must be strictly controlled (e.g., 0.8mm ±0.2mm). Excessive deviation will cause signal attenuation or distortion. The probe shall be firmly tightened to prevent gap variation caused by loosening under vibration conditions. The signal cable shall be routed away from high-voltage circuits and protected with metal conduit shielding to reduce interference.
  2. Routine Maintenance Regularly clean oil contamination and iron filings on the probe surface, and inspect the grounding of the cable shield (grounding resistance <1Ω). Use an oscilloscope to monitor the output waveform. Abnormal waveform distortion may indicate magnet demagnetization or sensor aging, which requires timely calibration.
