The NXQ-A-40/31.5-L-EH accumulator bladder is a key flexible rubber component of bladder-type accumulators, primarily used for storing compressed inert gas. During operation, the bladder is pre-charged with nitrogen at a set pressure, while the outer cavity of the accumulator is filled with hydraulic oil. The bladder deforms under the pressure of hydraulic oil to compress nitrogen and store hydraulic energy, and expands to release energy when the system requires it. The accumulator is designed with a large top opening, enabling convenient and quick bladder replacement.
Manufactured in compliance with the HG2331-92 industry standard and ASME standard, the NXQ-series bladder features outstanding performance including oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flex fatigue resistance, low deformation and high mechanical strength. It delivers stable working performance at operating temperatures ranging from -10℃ to +70℃. This product is applicable to a wide range of working media, including petroleum-based hydraulic oil, emulsions, and water-glycol fluids.
The matching accumulator is configured with flange oil ports and high-flow oil ports, and is supplied with standard supporting accessories such as O-rings and inflation tools. All products undergo rigorous factory testing. Fitted with safety valve blocks and other qualified accessories, the accumulator guarantees safe installation and reliable operation, providing secure and systematic solution support for various hydraulic system applications.
