QDZJ-757A pneumatic sealant injection tool is specially designed and manufactured by our company for the injection of sealant for hydrogen-cooled generators of steam turbine generator sets. It can be used for various types of generators including Shanghai generators, Harbin generators, Mitsubishi generators and so on. Please specify the generator type to use when ordering.
Working Condition:
Air pressure: 0.6~0.9Mpa
Air volume: not less than 1m3/min
Daily Maintenance Before Use
1. Open the valve cover to check whether the lock nut on the adjusting screw is loose. If it is loose, tighten it. After tightening, run it dry to check whether the glue gun is normal.
2. Check whether there is air leakage at the trachea and pipe joints.
