Product Introduction

IX series oil suction filter element is used for ISV series pipeline oil suction filters. The filter is composed of aluminum alloy shell, filter element, bypass valve, visual transmitter and electric transmitter, with a light and solid shell. It is vertically installed on the pipeline outside the oil tank, which does not affect the pipeline layout. The size of the oil tank is not limited by the filter. It is applicable to the filtration of various lubricating equipment on the pipeline outside the oil tank.

Purification of compressed air, dust recovery and filtration of tobacco processing equipment and spraying equipment

When the filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, the red signal ring in the observation window of the pressure transmitter can be visually observed of rising slowly. When the red ring rises to the highest position (the observation window is completely red), it indicates that the filter element has been blocked and needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide down.

a). Visual indicator: the red signal of visual indicator on the pressure transmitter can rise to indicate replacing or cleaning of the filter element.
b). Electrical indicator: the filter is equipped with electrical indicator which can indicate the element’s changing or cleaning.
c). By-pass valve: the filter has a bypass valve can automatically open to protect the pump when the vacuum pressure reaches -0.02Mpa.
