F3-V10-1S6S-1C20 circulating pump is a hydraulic vane pump for industrial use. In steam turbine EH oil system, it provides a single power source capable of serving two separate hydraulic circuits, or of providing greater volume through the combined delivery of both sections. In either type of application, two pumps in a single housing result in a more compact, simple installation and can be driven through a single shaft coupling.

Pump Features


The F3-V10-1S6S-1C20 circulating pump provides a volumetric efficiency of more than 90% and a noise level as low as 62dB (A) under the working pressure of 210bar. By replacing the pump core, the on-site repair can shorten the downtime and improve the productivity. The oil inlet and outlet can be oriented into four different relative positions, providing great installation flexibility and facilitating machine design. Fluoroelastomer seals are used, and full flow filtering is used for filtering elements to ensure that the oil cleanliness complies with ISO code 18/15 or better.


Working Principle


The Circulating Pump F3-V10-1S6S-1C20 is composed of rotor, stator, blade, oil distribution plate, end cover and other components. The blade can slide flexibly in the rotor slot. Under the centrifugal force and pressure oil during rotation, the top of the blade sticks to the inner surface of the stator, forming a sealed working chamber. When the rotor rotates in a counterclockwise direction, the blade on the right extends outward, and the volume of the sealing working chamber gradually increases, generating vacuum, so the oil is sucked in through the oil suction port and the upper window of the oil distribution plate. The left blade retracts inward, the volume of the seal chamber gradually shrinks, and the oil in the seal chamber is pressed out and output to the system.
