Product Description
The SPL-80 filter disc is designed for filtration systems handling high-viscosity melts, effectively removing hard impurities and agglomerates. Constructed from stainless steel sintered felt and stainless steel sintered mesh, the SPL series filter discs are reusable and withstand repeated cleaning.
The SPL series filter discs are mainly used for oil filtration in filter presses, as well as oil line systems in marine vessels, diesel engines, and other industrial equipment. They are also applied in the chemical fiber industry—placed upstream of various spinning nozzles during synthetic and regenerated fiber textile processing—to filter impurities from spinning solutions under similar operational conditions.
