CYB-I pressure transmitter is mainly used for return oil filter, and is also suitable for pressure monitoring of normal oil supply of oil suction lubricating system.
The pressure transmitter is generally installed in the inlet of the oil return filter. When the hydraulic system is working, the pollutants in the oil are continuously intercepted by the filter element in the oil return cycle, so that the inlet pressure of the oil return filter gradually increases. When the pressure increases to 0.35MPa, the transmitter will turn on the signal to alarm, and the pointer will enter the red area to remind that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. The indicator light or buzzer alarm can also be turned on in the form of a switch.
Precautions:
① It must be installed vertically and tightened with a wrench instead of forcibly twisting the case.
② Collision shall be avoided during transportation.
③ Working environment vibration frequency ≤ 25HZ, amplitude not greater than 1MM.
④ The range of use should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit.
