The NXQ type accumulator bladder (also called airbag) plays a variety of roles in the hydraulic system, such as storing energy, stabilizing pressure, reducing power consumption, compensating leakage, absorbing pressure pulsation and reducing impact force. The accumulator bladder is made of elastic material, such as butyl rubber, fluororubber, and nitrile rubber. It is installed in accumulator steel pressure vessels filled with nitrogen. The air volume in the bladder accumulates energy and transmits it to the oil to increase the pressure of the oil in the circuit, so as to eliminate the pressure fluctuation of the oil system.
The quality and service life of the bladder have an important impact on the accumulator and the hydraulic system.
