The OF3-08-3RV-10 EH oil filter is made specifically for the inlet of turbine fire-resistant oil (EH oil) circulation pumps. It is built with a stainless steel wire mesh and a thickened carbon steel frame for extra strength. The filtering grade is 100 microns. It works in the pump’s suction line to filter every drop of oil. It grabs metal powder, sticky gums, and other mechanical dirt before they can get into the pump. This makes sure only clean oil reaches the circulation system.
As the “first line of defense” for the pump, this filter stops dirt from grinding down precision parts or clogging up oil lines. This keeps equipment from breaking down and makes the whole system last much longer. It also has a built-in bypass valve. If the filter gets full and the pressure goes up, the valve opens automatically to keep the oil flowing so the system doesn’t stop.
