Reset solenoid valve 1YV is a special solenoid valve used for steam turbine mechanical trip and reset. The reset operation is to establish the emergency trip oil pressure. When the reset solenoid valve 1YV is connected, the lubricating oil will flow into the piston side chamber of the emergency trip device, the piston will move to the top dead center on the left, the hook will be reset, the mechanical trip valve of the trip isolation valve group will be reset through the lever of the mechanical trip mechanism, the pressure relief and oil drain port of the high-pressure safety oil will be blocked, and the high-pressure safety oil will be established.
Working Principle:
The positive pulse signal is input to the coil in the solenoid valve body through the wire, the working magnetic flux generated by the coil makes the spool act to open the valve. The turbine pressure oil is then connected to the reset oil circuit, and the low-pressure emergency trip oil is generated to reset the system. When the input of the positive pulse signal is stopped, the valve core is released, and returns to the initial state under the action of the spring force to close the valve. The turbine pressure oil circuit is blocked, and the reset oil is communicated with the return oil.
