The Generator slot sealant HDJ-892 is used for sealing the slot of end covers and outlet covers of hydrogen-cooled turbine generators in thermal power plants, majorly including steam turbine generator units of 1000MW, 600MW, 300MW and other capacity. The sealant is one-component, prepared from high-quality raw materials, free of dust, metal particles and other impurities.
Application method:
Before covering the generator, fill the HDJ-892 sealant in the slot of the joint surface, and then tighten the bolts. After covering the generator, use a sealant gun to inject the HDJ-892 sealant into the slot through the injecting hole. Once the sealant comes out from the next hole, it means the current hole is full and you can move on to inject the sealant into the next hole.
Precautions:
It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated environment, and shall not be close to the heat source and exposed to sunlight.
