Product Introduction

5440-1 Tongma epoxy glass powder mica tape is a strip-shaped insulating material, which takes mica paper as the base material and phenolic epoxy adhesive as glue. Both sides are reinforced with alkali free glass cloth. 5440-1 mica tape has good flexibility under normal conditions, and has high electrical properties and mechanical strength after winding.

The mica tape 5440-1 is not allowed to contain impurities. The adhesive shall be evenly distributed, and the mica tape shall be free of bubbles, pinholes, adhesion, delamination, paper shredding and looseness.

The mica tape 5440-1 is applicable to the insulation of coils of large and medium-sized high-voltage motors with working temperature of 155 ℃.

1. 90 days below 5 ℃. 5~20 ℃ for 30 days. 21~30 ℃ for 15 days. Avoid moisture and high temperature. If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
2. When the mica tape 5440-1 is taken out after refrigeration, it shall be placed to normal temperature and then unsealed.
3. If the mica tape is stored out of date or the temperature is too low for binding, it can be wrapped after low temperature preheating treatment.
