The magneto-resistive rotation speed probe SZCB-01 uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the speed of mechanical equipment. The speed probe is suitable for speed monitoring and protection in most occasions, and can be used in smoke, oil and gas, water and other environments. It can be used with the rotation speed monitor SZC-04FG.

Working Principle of Rotation Speed Sensor SZCB-01


When the shaft rotates, it drives the gear to rotate. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a voltage pulse signal is generated at both ends of the internal coil of speed sensor SZCB-01. When the number of gear teeth is 60, the speed sensor SZCB-01 converts the revolutions per minute of the shaft into a voltage pulse signal of frequency, and sends this signal to the tachometer to indicate the shaft speed.

Notes of Using Rotation Speed Sensor SZCB-01


1. The metal shield in the sensor output line should be connected to the ground zero line.
2. It is not allowed to use and place in a strong magnetic field with a temperature above 25 ℃.
3. Avoid strong impact during installation and transportation.
4. When the measured shaft runout is large, pay attention to properly enlarge the gap to avoid damage.
