The most commonly two kinds of sealant injection tools used for generator hydrogen sealing are pneumatic injector and manual injector. Let’s make a brief comparison of the two typical types: QDZJ-757A Pneumatic Sealant Injection Gun VS KH-35 Manual Sealant Gun.
The QDZJ-757A pneumatic sealant injection gun has a specially designed air guide system for the cylinder. The piston can move forward and backward quickly. The glue injection speed is fast and can be adjusted as required. The sealant tank has a volume of 230ml, which is linked with the cylinder piston to ensure that no air is mixed into the sealant.
The KH-35 sealant injection tool is a lever type manual glue injection gun. The sealant can be added quickly, without worrying about impurities or sand particles mixed with sealant. It does not waste any sealant during use. The injection tool is compact and convenient to take.
QDZJ-757A is pneumatic injection, saving time and effort. It needs to be used together with pneumatic pump, pressure gauge, etc.
KH-35 is manual injection. An experienced user is required to fill the sealant into the groove of the generator end cover quickly and evenly.
QDZJ-757A can be used for various types of generators including 300MW to 1000MW Shanghai generators, Harbin generators, Mitsubishi generators and so on, by using different types of sealant gun nozzle.
KH-35 is applicable to the special sealant injection for the end cover of hydrogen cooled generator units of 300MW, 330MW, 600MW, 660MW and 1000MW.
