Product Introduction

The jacking device is an important part in power plant steam turbine units, which can jack up the rotor when the unit starts turning or shuts down. The jacking oil system adopts two-stage oil filter, which effectively maintains the cleanliness of the system.

QF6803GA20H1.5C is the suction filter element of the jacking oil pump, which is installed at the inlet of the jacking oil pump. When the oil enters the jacking oil pump, it is filtered to remove impurities and keep the oil clean, which is conducive to protecting the long-term use of the jacking oil pump and reducing the maintenance frequency and cost.

The lubricating oil entering the jacking oil pump flows out of the oil cooler, and the inlet pressure is 0.176MPa. After the impurities are filtered through the suction filter element QF6803GA20H1.5C, the oil pump pressurizes the oil, and the outlet oil pressure is 16MPa, which flows to the check valve, throttle valve, and finally into each bearing, so that the unit can operate stably.

The Suction Filter Element QF6803GA20H1.5C is applicable to jacking oil system of 300MW and 600MW steam turbine units. It can also be used for filtering the hydraulic system of rolling mill and continuous casting machine and filtering various lubricating equipment.
